• When do doors open?

  One hour before curtain. Thursday and Friday curtain is 7:00pm; Saturday is a 2:00pm matinee.

• Where is the theater?

  Brentwood Christian School, 11908 N. Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX. Free parking on-site.

• How will I get my tickets?

  Immediately after checkout — they're emailed to the address you enter. Show the email on your phone (or print it) at the door.

• What if I lose my email?

  Contact CAPA directly with your name and the night you bought tickets for; we can re-send any time before the show.

• Are tickets refundable?

  No refunds or exchanges after these tickets have been issued. Thank you.

• Can I bring kids?

  Yes. Every attendee — including children sitting in a seat — needs a ticket. Lap-held infants are welcome but must remain on the parent's lap.

• I bought a Golden Ticket at the spring concert.

  Visit the Redeem page, enter the code from your physical card, choose the night, and pick your seat. There's no additional charge.

• Wheelchair seating?

  Wheelchair-accessible seats are available in Row I. Companion seats next to wheelchair positions are reserved for guests of wheelchair ticket holders.

• Can I pay cash?

  Online sales are card only. Cash is welcome at the door, day-of, for any seats still available — but you won't be able to pre-select your row.

• When do online sales close?

  15 minutes before curtain. After that, walk-up sales only.
